LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
This is another good park which is found at the west part of Arusha region, 130km and it's 3 Hours drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA).
The Park was established in 1961 and has a total area of 648km aquares where 230km squares is the area of the lake.
The park is famous and is beautiful due to the presence of Tree Climbing Lions which seems to be seen sunning themselves over the branches of acacia trees during the dry seasons.
Other attractions are Hippo Pool, Hotsprings, The Western Great Wall of The Rift Valley and Foresty Vegetation zones found in the Park.
Around the park there isMto Wa Mmmbu Village that is Human settlement growing village where you can conduct a cultural tours and visiting the local markets and enjoy the short local walks.
